I'm not telling you what to do, but this recipe is worth doubling. Save the dough in the fridge and make cookies any time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1/2 C peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Cream together butter and peanut butter.
- Add white and brown sugar, then cream again.
- Add egg, then cream again.
- In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Then add to wet bowl and cream.
- Mix in chips.
- Chill finished dough for 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Remove dough from fridge, and drop by teaspoonful onto papered cookie sheets. You do not need to flatten the dough.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
